How much implementation time do I need?

The more, the better, but we recommend a minimum of 5 hours per week. Our average Member stays in the Implementation Phase for between 2 and 3 years and many much longer.

Is there a contract or minimum time in the program? What if I don’t like it?

When you begin Breakthrough Academy, you read and sign a Member Agreement, which recommends a 12-month minimum. But if it simply isn’t a fit, you can leave with a month's notice.

What if I am in my busy season?

No problem. We start by prioritizing the most essential systems and begin implementing them at a tempo you can handle. The best time to start systemizing your business was 5 years ago; the second best time is now. Don’t wait; there will never be a “perfect time.”

Who will be my coach?

Too early to say! Once you finish Blueprint, we will match you with one of our expert coaches based on your industry, size, and specific business needs. You can learn more about our coaches here.

How does it work if my coach isn’t working with me here in person?

Through software tools, video calls, and proprietary tracking systems, you’ll feel like your coach is sitting right next to you. We get to know you and your business intimately. You’ll be surprised at how effective our remote setup is.

I see you are a Canadian company. Does Breakthrough Academy work with American businesses?

Yes. 70% of our Members are based in the U.S., and 30% are Canadian. We love our neighbors to the south!
