BEFORE YOUR TRIP:

You will find out your industry-specific groups before Winter Summit. We’ll show you how to brief one another on your companies and strategic plans.

Preliminary reading and preparation work will be sent out in October (so you get more out of your session).

This preparation ensures you will leave Winter Summit with clarity (your Annual Strategic Plan will have received input from peers in similar industries across North America).

Plan Your Trip

TRAVEL: 

Visiting the Dominican Republic is easy — you don’t need a visa if you carry a US or Canadian passport. However, you’ll need to ensure your passport does not expire before July 8, 2025 (the Dominican Republic requires that passports be valid for at least six months beyond your entry date).

The Hilton La Romana resort is 50 minutes from the airport. You will be responsible for booking your flights and transportation to and from the resort (we will recommend shuttle services).

You can expect beautiful weather, with balmy temperatures between 75°F(24°C) and 84°F(29°C). Once you register, we’ll send you a packing list (so you don’t forget your sunglasses).

Your spouse deserves a huge amount of credit for your business's success. So we’d love to invite them to enjoy some well-deserved R&R.

If your spouse is an active contributor to your company, they can attend as a Member. If your spouse isn’t an owner but has always wondered what BTA is about, we have 60 spots for Members to bring their spouses.

So, if you’re wondering whether to register your partner as an active participant or a spouse, that depends. Do they want to be involved in the planning or sipping cocktails at the beach bar?
