Dave’s 20 years of experience in the sales and customer service industries began when he joined a call centre and discovered his own innate sales talent: in his first month he surpassed every other sales person’s targets. Then, during his time with HomeStars, he was integral to its growth on the West Coast: he onboarded more than 1,200 clients and had the highest call count, as well as the lowest churn rates.
Above all else, Dave values honesty and integrity; as a Breakthrough Academy Outreach Specialist he is the first point of contact and uses his ability to quickly dive deep into potential members’ needs and evaluate whether BTA is the right fit. His role allows him to blend his compassion with his business acumen to get entrepreneurs off the starting block, scale their business, and reach new heights of success.
During his time off, Dublin, Ireland-born Dave can be found home baking gourmet sweet pies for a side business, cycling along reservoirs, boxing, travelling, or volunteering his time with Calgary’s Grief Support Centre.
