Compelled at an early age to strive for excellence, Caitlin graduated from BCIT in Nursing with Distinction and spent five years serving her community as a surgical nurse and BCIT instructor. Then, eager to follow her own path and become proficient in managing her own business, she joined a large College Pro Painters franchise. This, along with the input from a business coach, taught her how to implement franchise business systems and properly hire, train, and lead staff.

Caitlin is proud to have joined Breakthrough Academy shortly after its launch and help grow its initial 15-person membership to over 400 members in the short space of five years. As a Member Success Manager she enjoys helping select the appropriate members for the BTA Program and watching them build their businesses.

When she isn’t spending her off-hours with her husband and two rescue dogs, Kessey and Zoey. Langley, B.C.-based Caitlin’s commitment to help others takes another form: volunteering to help human trafficked and sexually exploited women rebuild their lives.
