Having worked for some of the largest companies both in Canada and the world, Graeme has a keen insight into all areas of business operations and understands what it takes to successfully navigate rapid growth. During his 8 year stint as sales manager at Canada’s largest musical instrument retailer, Long & McQuade, Graeme was among the top 10 National Sales People for 8 consecutive years. Later, during his 5 years at Apple, his vast array of business and people skills resulted in him working for a variety of departments from tech support, business sales/support, sales, to support and eventually operations management. Among his many achievements there he managed to turn around an underperforming business team resulting in a 200% year-on-year growth. He also supported 400+ individual companies, while also being involved in the single largest lease sale in the history of the company’s Canadian history.
Graeme comes to BTA with bucketloads of business experience, but more than that, his commitment to building meaningful relationships both in business and life, and in supporting leaders at all stages of their journey is what truly drives him and makes him a true BTA-er. He is a multitasker at its finest; flexible enough to navigate a wide variety of daily tasks, while never missing a beat or leaving any stone unturned.
For B.C. born Graeme, music is in his blood. He can play 9 instruments, has been the opening act for Keith Urban and Trooper, and even played alongside Green Day (for Rush fans, be sure to ask him about his Geddy Lee experience)! During his down time you will likely find Graeme with his wife Maggie and their two kids, Jackson and Josie, out adventuring in nature. But don’t be surprised if you encounter him scuba diving the depths of the Pacific and swimming among whale sharks.
