Erin’s meticulous nature and outgoing personality makes her a natural born leader and community builder. During her second year at McMaster University, while studying biochemistry, she discovered a love for entrepreneurship by turning a struggling College Pro franchise into a 6-figure summer business. After obtaining her BSc, she assumed the role of general manager and then community manager at College Pro, and over the course of 13 years was responsible for building the culture of the company and its 500+ franchisees through systems and summits.

Erin has a burning desire to create impactful and lasting moments; this in turn stokes an unmatched culture within Breakthrough Academy and its members. Through strategic partnerships in which she matches values, personality, and experiential fit, Erin has fostered long-lasting relationships that go a long way in building strong communities.

Ontario-based Erin is a self-professed extrovert, and in her spare time you will find her with her husband Dylan and two kids Parker (Moose) and Bruce (Wolf) hiking, snowshoeing, biking, or Nordic skiing (but definitely NOT running). In keeping with her love of community, Erin is a massive costume nut who values tradition: don’t be surprised if you find her hosting 50-person apres-ski get-togethers.
